pretty good start. audio quality needs a bit of work. you have a bit of charm with the character design, but you need some work on proportions and preventing line touching. overall, nice and wholesome :)))

this howard guy has quite a natural and interesting character dynamic that brings a controversial yet brave message. he brings conflicting emotions that almost opposes sheldon's, since he constantly spews reasoning over his attraction of underaged children. but despite all of this, he still shows through his actions much truer morals for us to question such as the necessity of violence, nationalism, and the care of human life.
